Financial Policy

 

1.      Monthly payments are due on the first of each month, unless other arrangements have been made with the office. 

      Payments will be considered late if not received by the 10th of the month and a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed. 

      If an account becomes more than 30 days delinquent, it will be necessary to suspend the family’s children from school

      until the account is current.  PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE REGARDING ANY CONCERNS YOU

      HAVE IN PAYING YOUR ACCOUNT.

 

2.      Past due accounts for private lessons or before and after school day care will result in withdrawal from those programs.

 

3.      There is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks, for any reason, in addition to any fee charged by your bank.

 

4.      No child will be admitted to school until all past due accounts are current.  Report cards and transcripts will not be

      released until all accounts are current.

 

5.      If a student attends one day during a month, the tuition is owed for the entire month.

 

6.      A student is enrolled until a parent withdraws him/her according to the handbook.

 

      7.   Book and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
