History & Mission

 

SCS was founded in 1975 as a ministry of Suburban Baptist Church, and has stayed true to its mission of assisting parents in providing their children with a thoroughly Christian education that magnifies the truth of God’s Word, develops Christ-like maturity and equips them for their lifes’ ministries in order that God might be glorified.

As evidenced by our purpose, we believe that it is our responsibility to educate each student in a manner that allows them to grow, not only academically, but socially and spiritually as well.

 

 

 

Thank you for considering giving your child a Christian education at Suburban Christian School. As the father of two married children my

wife and I chose to give our children a Christian education.  Looking back it was by far the best investment we made.  I assure you that we

will always endeavor to give your children a quality education.  However, a quality education is not the only benefit that you will receive by

having your child in Suburban. We will teach them to obey you, to love God with all their heart, and to be great Americans.
